This immediately available, full-time, exempt position is responsible for assisting in the coordination of the recruitment, admission, and student support activities of Concordia University Wisconsin School of Pharmacy. The position reports to the Director of Admissions and Recruitment. This is a 12-month position located on the Mequon, Wisconsin Campus.


          Recruitment and Admissions 

  • Recruits prospective Doctor of Pharmacy students for the program under the supervision of the Director of Recruitment and Admissions 
  • Assists with the management of PharmCAS/Webadmit/Banner administration and all daily communications with prospective students, applicants, and accepted students for all School of Pharmacy degree programs
  • Assists in other student recruitment and admissions activities, to include: coordinating visits and tours, contacting prospective students, facilitating interview days, and compiling and maintaining student admissions records and data
  • Coordinates and assists with matriculation processes and services including information management and orientation.
  • Works with Director of Recruitment and Admissions to implement broader recruitment strategies

    Programming and Project Support

  • Assists with professional and community development opportunities and activities for School of Pharmacy students and Alumni
  • Implements assessment tools and strategies in collaboration with the Director of Recruitment and Admissions and Director of Student Affairs to assess and ultimately improve the Office of Student Affairs' services
  • Works with the Director of Student Affairs and Director of Recruitment and Admissions to gather data and implement benchmarked norms related to best practices of student services and admissions within pharmacy education

    Other Responsibilities

  • Availability to travel extensively, both locally and nationally.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Training
A Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred. An understanding of current higher education practices is an advantage. Experience in higher education, recruitment, admissions, or sales is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position. Starting range is dependent upon on individual qualifications and experience.
