The Enrollment Management CRM Administrator is a full-time, exempt position responsible for managing the CRM system and data management for all divisions of admissions for Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW) and Concordia University Ann Arbor (CUAA). This 12 month position is located at the Mequon, WI campus and reports to the Assistant Vice President of Admissions.


  • Develop and maintain expertise in and facilitate staff utilization of Ellucian Recruiter CRM and Banner for all divisions of enrollment for CUW and CUAA
  • Develop and maintain expertise in and facilitate staff utilization of Ellucian CRM Recruit and Banner for all divisions of enrollment for CUW and CUAA
  • Supervise the Data Management teams at CUW and CUAA
  • Act as lead liaison between Admission, Marketing and Information Technology for all relevant systems
  • Oversee data entry processes to ensure data integrity
  • Oversee and continually improve management and use of prospective student data
  • Work in collaboration with the Visit Coordinator and Admission Directors to develop and manage admission event registrations and communication campaigns
  • Manage the export and import of prospect lists and/or pay per lead services from vendors such as College Board, NRCCUA, etc
  • Monitor and maintain accurate admission and recruitment content on all relevant admission forms including request information and online applications on the Recruit web pages. Work with webmaster and marketing on related university website content
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communications flow to prospective students and applicants
  • Train new and current staff on information systems
  • Assist directors and other staff as needed in production of reports
  • Work with Ellucian Banner Admissions and Student modules in relation to CRM
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and operate effectively within a team environment
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise software systems and customer relationship management systems
  • Knowledge and skill in the areas of admissions and marketing
  • Regular evening hours and some weekends are required
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
  • Knowledge and understanding of relational database concepts

Experience and Education

A Bachelor's degree and three to five years of professional work experience in higher education admissions and/or technology is required. 

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position.  Starting range is dependent upon on individual qualifications and experience.
